Welcome to the website of our beautiful air-conditioned Executive Florida villa vacation home, with private pool and spa.

Situated on the sought-after Indian Point community, our spacious 2700 square ft villa sleeps up to 11, and is available for rental year round.

Indian Point, Kissimmee is a beautiful residential community situated 1 mile from Highway 192, convenient for the Wal-Mart superstore, and close to all the major attractions. Set in a beautiful wooded area, with a lake as the central point.

Disney is a straightforward 10 - 12 minute drive, Universal studios is a 20 - 25 minute drive.

At Indian Point there are tennis and basketball courts, childrens play area, and a cabana pool available for residents and guests.

This Florida villa is our own personal pride and joy, as well as our holiday home, and we have tastefully furnished and equipped it to the highest standards. This luxurious villa has everything you need to experience the Florida lifestyle.

Extensive ceramic tiling in the living areas lends a cool and luxurious feeling. The bedrooms are carpeted.

Our villa enjoys two master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and is thus ideal for sharing with friends/ grandparents.

The spacious family room has lots of channels (including local) of High Definition Digital Cable TV (Spectrum), DVD, video and stereo music system. 40 inch widescreen Sony Television. Netflix.

Patio doors lead onto the covered patio/ lanai, and on to the fully screened 30ft x 15ft private heatable pool and spa. The extended pool deck is perfect for relaxing or sunbathing, and has luxury padded chairs/loungers.

Outside, there are irrigated lawns, tropical plants, and privacy hedging.

Our personal favorite is the spa, heated to 95F, where we love to relax at the end of the day with the underwater lighting on, and a glass in the hand.

Broadband internet connection, WiFi, plus PC is available at no charge.

If you feel like eating in - no problem - the kitchen is fully equiped, or use the gas BBQ. If you want to eat out - also no problem - there is a great choice of restaurants on the 192 within 5 minutes drive.

A self-catering villa offers so much more than a Hotel or Motel - space, private pool, kitchen etc etc - plus, of course, great value for money!

With its premium corner lot location, Disney and numerous other attractions nearby, this peaceful location is perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.
