Rates per night for the whole villa, plus state and tourist tax of 13.5%

Cleaning charge: $100 per reservation ( inc tax)

High:July 1- August 31
Middle: Mar 1 - June 30 ( exc easter ) Sept 1 - Oct 31
Low: Jan - Feb , Nov 1 - Dec 21

EXTRAS

Pool and Spa Heating: $20 per day

Spa only: FREE summer, $50 winter ( per week )

Cot/ crib: no charge

High chair: no charge

Gas BBQ: no charge ( please replace gas cylinder when required )
