1. DEPOSIT.
A part-payment deposit of 20% is required at the time
of booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit
shall be non refundable but will be deducted from the
total amount due.
2. SECURITY
DEPOSIT. We do not charge a security deposit.
Should any dmagae or breakages occur please inform
the manager as soon as possible so that they can be
remedied..
3. BALANCE.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full at
the time of booking.
The owners
reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is
not received by the due date.
4. CANCELLATION
CHARGES. You may cancel the booking at any time.
Every effort will be made to re-book your dates, but
if we are unable to do so, the following cancellation
charges will apply:
More than 8 weeks Deposit only.
Between 6 and 8 weeks 50% of total.
Between 4 and 6 weeks 75% of total.
4 weeks or less 100% of total.
We recommend
that guests have travel insurance, which would cover
them for cancellation in some cases, such as illness.
5. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival
and ceases at 10am on the day of departure.
The property
will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your
departure, but we ask that you please leave the house
in a clean and tidy condition. Rentals are inclusive
of electricity, gas (except for pool heating ), water
and local taxes. Local and USA national telephone
calls are free.
6. LIABILITY.
The owners or their agents do not accept any liability
whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss
or damage to persons or personal effects, howsoever
caused.
7. INVENTORY.
No items may be removed from the house. This includes
linens and towels. Please report any breakage or damage,
or missing items to the management company. The owners
and their agents will make every reasonable effort to
have broken or missing items or pieces of equipment
repaired or replaced in a timely manner, but no compensation
will be payable for such time as the item was not functional.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS- WAR- CIVIL AND MILITARY
DISORDER- RIOTS- NATURAL CALAMITIES All these constitute
" force majeure" and are not the responsibility of the
property owners or their agents. Any additional expenditures
borne by the client and caused by such conditions will
not be reimbursed, nor will any services lost thereby
be recoverable.
