Outside, the fully screened, 30ft x 15ft heatable pool and linked spa has the benefit of the Florida sun without any bugs, and is screened for privacy. The spacious extended deck area has comfortable padded loungers/chairs for twelve. The Lanai is a covered outside area, with table and chairs, and benefits from a refreshing paddle fan.

Indian Point is a quiet community, yet convenient for the attractions ( Disney 12 mins ) and also shops ( Walmart 1 mile ) and restaurants( highway 192 ). There is a community pool and secure children's play area, plus tennis court. There are two lakes and a running track, all exclusively for residents and guests.
